The staff we're so lovely! The rooms were very spacious and the bed was so comfortable but the rooms were SO hot at night even though it was February. The only way to cool them down was to open the window. While the windows are incredible at shutting out the sound, it's very loud outside so it was either stifling hot and quiet or extremely loud and a good temperature. There also isn't enough room for the guests at breakfast so we did have to sit outside while it was raining a bit for one of our breakfasts. The girls working in the breakfast area were really great though! Because of that we were glad it was only a 2 night stay, but otherwise the hotel was good!

It’s only a short walk from the main Santa Maria Novella terminus, so reduced my stress about train, tram and bus times. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, always smiling and happy to help with anything. The rooms were beautiful, well stocked, clean, bright and big! Great views from all 3 rooms we booked. The late checkout (12pm) was a game changer in terms of maximising our final morning in Florence.

Right in the heart of Florence, short walk to everywhere! If you are walking from the train station, the sidewalks can get a bit bumpy.. rooms are small but that is to be expected in Florence. A great stay and very friendly staff!
