What a fabulous property!! Everything was top tier - location, furnishings, cleanliness, affordability, space, amenities, etc. I wished we could have stayed longer to be honest. We were within 15 minutes walking distance to all of the tours and attractions that we wanted to check out. The neighborhood feels safe and has everything you could possibly need, including a delicious Gelato shop and the New Bridge Pizza Club, which we took full advantage of. The hosts were so helpful and inviting. We were there during a heat wave and the building was nice and cool plus it had air conditioning. Bonus laundry! I promise you'll want to stay forever.

A very unique experience.I personally loved the decor and the way the place was done.It was very warm and really felt like I was in italy with the stone walls and cement floors. Host was very responsive.The place was very clean.We had some minor issues with the hot water butt they fixed it right away. Very convenient location.However, be aware there is a bar right downstairs that can be a little noisy in the evening so make sure you shut your windows. Wonderful experience I highly recommend.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Florence. The location is perfect and just a couple blocks from the Duomo. Also this listing has been very well up-dated including a steam sauna in one of the restrooms, two outdoor terraces and both a clothes washer and dryer! Of note, with the fabulous location, some of the bar activity is heard at night. Claudio was very attentive, oriented us and also made a trip with extra keys. Great communication with Sandy during the stay. Very clean!

Beautiful property with plenty of space for a family of 4. Location couldn’t be better, feel part of the action with the main room double windows open or enjoy total silence with the insulated windows and shutters closed. Separate twin bedroom for the kids, laundry facilities. Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay! Very unique space. The spiral staircase may not be for everyone to access the second bedroom. The main bedroom privacy screen is very awkward to use. A curtain may be a better idea.

Terrific apartment, wonderful location, very smooth process. Claudio was great too ! Just know, one bedroom has no door for privacy and the other requires you to walk up spiral staircase into upstairs…no worries for us…may be different for others. Rooms were great, entire apartment was wonderful!!
