The hotel is conveniently located close to Strozzi tram station; just a short trip from Firenze S.M. station. The hotel was very modern; clean and spacious. Staff was awesome. Checked us in quickly, contacted cabs for us when needed, pointed out the train station which we used often, recommended places to eat, and best of all provided a needed corkscrew for the copious bottles of excellent wine or beer our group consumed. They even researched train options to Rome termini and airport, so we would not miss our flight, due to a rail strike the day we traveled home.
