We had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Fortezza. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious for 2 - 3 people. The beds and linens were luxurious. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We walked to most of the sites we wanted to see or took a short taxi ride when we were too tired at night. I highly recommend the hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at La Fortezza. It all started when we walked in and were welcomed by the sweetest hotel staff. Hotel rooms smelled very clean and were well maintained. The rooms were really spacious and the bed was very comfortable and big. Everything was very very clean and the housekeeping took care of our room every day. We felt very relaxed and at peace at this amazing hotel. It is located in a nice neighborhood, and it’s not too far away from all the main attractions. We hope to be back in Florence in the near future and will definitely choose La Fortezza again for our stay.

The hotel and room were pristine! Very beautifully designed and maintained. We stayed only one night, to catch an early flight out of Florence but wish we could have stayed longer. We walked to a local restaurant and felt very safe- it was a residential area. The bus line ran along the street but we walked
