Terrible stay! Avoid this place if possible. For the first time ever I encountered bed bugs and had multiple bites! Room and shower was small. The door code didn’t work at 10:30 pm on the second night, so I had to call them. Breakfast was okay. The only good thing was the location. Not worth the price I paid to stay here for 2 nights!

Great family run hotel - 10 minute walk to Firenze SMN station and no more than 15 minutes to landmarks. Nice quiet terrace to relax (rooms are quite tight). Only downside when I visited was the road was being repaved - but it will be perfect for the next visitors (no night noise just tricky to wheel bags)
