Hotel Albani Has a kind of charming old world elegance. Staff were really wonderful- so helpful. Place was spotless. Very close to train station and easy walking to lots of lovely shops and restaurants . It’s a great place to stay for a short visit to Florence.

The breakfast was very good. We stayed in Room 7. The internet signal in the room was very poor and did not work for two days. This needs to be improved. The upstairs guest made a lot of noise when moving their chairs at night. Otherwise, everything was satisfactory. The reception staff were very patient. Overall, we are very satisfied. Thank you for your efforts.
