The hotel and room were beautiful, the staff was excellent. They recommended several great restaurants in the area and Santa Maria Cathedral was a short walk from the hotel. The roof top bar was one of the best I have been to with a magnificent view of the cathedral. Would stay here again when visiting Florence.

FABULOUS!

There is nothing bad to say about this hotel! Our room was spacious and comfortable for our 4 night stay. The rooftop bar was an amazing highlight! Amazing views! All the staff were very kind and helpful. Centrally located and walkable location to all the city center sites!! I would recommend this hotel 100%!

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. It took us an hour driving around the city to find the hotel. Many one-way streets and the GPS could not get us there.
