Great hotel in an excellent location, the room was very spacious and clean. Balcony was large and the bathtub in the bathroom was a nice addition. The staff was very helpful and provided us with recommendations for local restaurants and street food. Overall excellent stay, will be back here next trip to Florence.

Exceptional staff and accommodation; very happy with everything and will definitely return to Florence and Old Bridge. Room was perfect, buffett was varied with an outstanding selection of great food and cappuccinos or espressos at your request. Great location and easy walking distance to all the main sites. Our stay was for my daughter’s high school graduation celebration. The facility is clean and the location is outstanding - one block from the Ponte Vecchio Bridge. My only complaint is our room for three was to include two beds - the second bed was a couch. That’s Europa for you, though. Tough to find a room with two beds. My daughter found it manageable. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was well worth the charge and I recommend a stop at the rooftop bar at least once for the view.

The location is perfect. We had to check in at another hotel right in front of this one, but the staff were very nice and explained everything we needed. I saw some reviews saying the room was old and smelled weird, but I didn’t experience any inconveniences at all. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job cleaning every day, and I really appreciated her work.

Great location and ok room, but the room had different levels/steps which was a bit challenging with a toddler. Also the tv was out the entire time... some kind of "centrally changing the antenna"... no effort to compensate for that... Breakfast was also in the other main building (top floor) hence a bit of an exercise to get there with a pram.

I did not realize that this hotel is combined with another hotel. Although this isnt a true hotel, the few rooms are located across the street in another building. The building itself is nice, front door is secure and good location. However, the entry to the room hallway smelt damp. The room was cleaned but it is dated and needs upgrading. The bathroom was very cramped and the toilet seat was loose. Aside from that, the staff are very nice and helpful. The main hotel roof and breakfast is lovely and would recommend.

The hotel is PERFECTLY situated near the Ponte Vecchio bridge, in the old quarter a block from the Petti Palace. Checking in is a little wonky because you go to the hotel across the street and they give you the keys to the airbnb across the street. But you have all of the amenities of the hotel (including access to the breakfast and roof deck). The AC was fantastic, which was a life saver during the 100 degree heatwave. And when our flight out of Florence was cancelled at midnight, the young man at the front desk worked for an hour to help me come up with a solution for getting to Rome in time for our flight home. I would 100% recommend.
