The location is perfect. We had to check in at another hotel right in front of this one, but the staff were very nice and explained everything we needed. I saw some reviews saying the room was old and smelled weird, but I didn’t experience any inconveniences at all. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job cleaning every day, and I really appreciated her work.

Room was clean every day. Great staff. What they don’t tell you is that you have to walk across the street to Scalleta Hotel for your staff and your breakfast. The breakfast was delicious. Variety of food you can’t go wrong. Location was perfect it’s a block away from the river. 2 blocks in and all the historic buildings are at reach. Million of places to eat. You can walk around all day and night and never have to leave the area. Love Florence will be back

Lovely breakfast. Rooms cleaned to a high standard every day and toiletries refreshed. Staff very friendly. Girl on the roof top bar struggled a bit when it was busy and we had to leave on one occasion before we got our drink as we had a restaurant booked and the roof bar was doing food for the first time which made service for just a drink slow. She could have done with some help. Lovely girl though and we appreciated the snacks that came with the drinks. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have made the stay absolutely perfect although there were takeaway cups at breakfast. Bed was really comfy, air con good, location was absolutely the best. Would definitely return. Be warned. The negronis are strong!
