The location is perfect. Right next to the Duomo so walkable to everything, but it is tucked away on a side street that is not very busy. Room was kept clean. Great continental breakfast.

Bijou room within a hotel with lots of character

Lovely hotel with lots of character. Room was lovely and decorated well but not that practical. The mirrors where behind the closes (open wardrobe) and behind the large bedside lamps, so not very easy to do your hair. The room was very compact, with not a lot of storage space. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is absolutely unbeatable — close to everything we wanted to see and do. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with delicious options and attentive service. And surprisingly, the best coffee we had in Florence was right at the hotel! The only downside was the room itself — it was quite small and lacked natural light. The bathroom also had very limited counter space; adding a small shelf for toiletries would make a big difference.
