The host was great. Would’ve been nice to know that there were 3 flights of stairs to get to the apt. The rooms were nice but there was no real common space except the kitchen or one of the bedrooms. The picture was not something you see unless you go over a couple streets. Overall nice place.

Great location with easy access to all of the sights. Wonderful coffee shop across the street and great pizza within a block. All of the basic necessities were available in the apartment to get you started. The stairs were a bit of a challenge - they are steep and there are many of them. Grateful that Leonardo met us when we checked in to help bring up luggage. Gianluca was also super responsive and very attentive when we had any questions or concerns. The only distraction was that there was a strong smell in the apartment that was very unpleasant at times throughout the day. We communicated this with Gianluca but unfortunately it was not able to be addressed during the 3 days of our stay.

The flat was wonderful. It was clean and ample in size. All 6 of us had plenty of room. The check-in process was easy. Someone met us and showed us everything we needed to know. Service was great. We had to climb 4 flights of stairs (58 stairs), so that was fun with my in-laws and all the luggage. The neighborhood location was great (close to train station). You will have to walk a few blocks to get to a nicer tourist area, FYI. We had a great time. Walking distance to the statue of David. The train took us to Pisa with no hassle. Overall our experience was great and the convenience of the location was exceptional.

The apartment was very nice for 3 single adults, there are 2 larger bedrooms, another of moderate size, and a small single . It does have 2 full baths , but one is in one of the bedrooms . The kitchen is well equipped and the a/c worked well . Gian Luca communicates well and quickly. The area is close to the train station. There are many restaurants close is you want to stay near.

Our place was nice inside. The only thing is the air conditioner was not good and beware you do have to climb 4 sets of stairs with your luggage to get to the place. Other than than she was very accommodating. We left a day early and we got some of our money back which was very nice.

Convenient to Everything

The location is a very short walk from the train station and is located in walking distance to everything! Our host did a great job of communicating with us and making everything easy. This made Florence with my family a wonderful visit.

The apartment is decorated with personality and charm and has plenty of space, given the location, but limited communal space to sit together. It’s a short and easy walk to the train station, but the neighbourhood reflects that proximity.

Great stay for our group of 6 in Florence. The place was as described in the listing, and conveniently close to the train station. Check in was very easy. Although, it is three flights of stairs, in the US, we would call this the 4th floor. The A/C was good but not great. There was no living area to hang out with the family if that is what you are looking for.

Lovely place, very comfortable, great central location to EVERYTHING!!

I traveled from US with my husband, 2 adult children and 70ish parents. You can easily walk to all major attractions within 15 minutes. Train station is 10 minutes. Amazing bakeries on the street, with a Michelin restaurant directly across!! The place was large and comfortable, we were all so happy to have our own rooms. The rooms were named. Based on their decor which was adorable. The host communicated great via WhatsApp. No issues, clean and convenient. Would definitely rent again!! Thank you, Gian, for making out stay great!

Great Location, Lovely & Comfortable

We stayed for only one night, but we thoroughly enjoyed the property. Beautifully renovated. Comfortable 50 plus stairs to the apartment so wear comfy shoes. The apartment is all one level. Bathrooms and showers have easy access.Great location, easy walk to all attractions, cafes, shopping and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed another night!

Vacation in Florence

We had a very nice stay in Florence. Jianluca is a fantastic host. He replied to my messages in minutes. We were met in Florence by his agent Leonardo who introduced us to the property. It’s an old building which is renovated and has all the necessary amenities, very clean and comfortable. It’s located minutes away from historic center. We will definitely stay again.

Comfortable and cute, but not for everybody

The apt is as described, clean and cute theme rooms, 2 adequate bathrooms and air conditioned. It is a 3 story walk up, so do not plan on any heavy luggage as there is no first floor storage or check out day storage available. Otherwise the apt was comfortable, but noted there is no living room, so if you are seeking a place to sleep and have coffee and breakfast this is a suitable spot for you. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, it is also near the river Arno, it is about a 15 minute walk to the center of Florence. The host was available by text if needed.
