Hotel was an 8 minute walk from train station. About 10-15 minute walk from sights, lots of restaurants in area, launderette 5 min walk. Room was small but fine for a few nights. Continental breakfast is included and was sufficient would stay again.

The room was clean enough, but it was too small for two people. There was no room to open 2 suitcases. Nothing extra, not even a chair….and the bathroom was also very small. The staff was OK….the one good thing was the breakfast.

The door to our room 108 only open halfway, the lone window facing the street doesn’t lock. The shower door doesn’t lock good, so it flooded the bathroom floor.

Clean and tidy. Very close to main train station and easy walk to main attractions. The Duomo view picture is a bit cheeky as you can only see that from the breakfast room window.

The room was small and shower so small it was barely usable There were no additions such as shampoo provided or coffee in the rooms The room had an awful smell (urine from the bathroom and vinegar from the bedding) Breakfast was also poor They' did provide some gluten free.options which was apprecaited but the bacon was cold and all fat and coffee tasted strange Wouldnt recommemd or go again

We spent 2 days here. We had mosquitos in room first day, which I had to use mosquito spray given by reception. It rained during our stay so had water leaking through ceiling in bathroom through several places - so puddles on floor. Had to put towels all over floor - not hygienic and very dangerous - wife and children slipped a few times could have caused an injury. I had payed full cost up front - if I could I would have left within first few hours stay. Not one to complain but I have to in his instance. No way is this a 4 star hotel. Only plus is location.

Room was extremely small. Didn’t even have a tea maker. Was like sleeping in a closet with 3 people. Breakfast was not good. No gluten free options. Undercooked bacon. You can also hear other guests above and beside you. Front desk service was also not great.

We were able to check-in early. It is walkable from Santa Maria Novella train station and so are the points of interest. When we arrived, the electric metal blinds was not working. Letitia gave us a sheet to temporarily give us privacy. When we came back from our tour the next day, it was already fixed. Great place to stay. Worth the money we paid for. Santa Maria Novella Basilica is close by. Worth visiting. Well recommended.

The hotel was perfect! Close to the train station, restaurants, transport, many sights to visit, among others. The room was quiet, the beds were perfect, bathroom in good conditions and the breakfast is great with many options. The staff is very friendly and they help with everything
