"Easy check in and secure"

"I had a reservation for 5 nights and checked in online however when I showed at the hotel they were over booked and gave my room away. So I was stranded in the middle of the night in a town I wasn’t familiar with and the front desk clerk did not offer to help or do anything other then suggest to cancel my reservation. They did manage to honor the rest of my stay but not having a room for a night definitely soured the entire experience "

"It was okay enough. Rooms did the job and they were decent. We had a rough time checking in... The front desk lady kept saying we hadn't paid, even though we had the receipt and proof of transaction on our cards. Finally, she just let us go on but we couldn't have access to any wifi and such. It was annoying, but we were on there to sleep, so I just let it be."

"The hotel itself was fine and as expected. However, it was understaffed with one person at check in. She was nice, but couldn't handle the demand - the technology was not working, so I stood in line twice for over 20 minutes each time to be helped. My room was not ready at check in time and was asked to come back later or wait in the lobby, but did not feel comfortable staying in the common areas, because of what what really caused me to give a low review of my stay which was the sheer number of construction workers that had finished their shift for the day and were all over the property (at the end of the work day and through the evening). They were lounging in cars in the parking lot, sitting in the outdoor patio area listening to music and hanging around in the lobby. I do believe they were staying there, as they were all in the lobbing for breakfast the next morning, but as a female traveling alone, I did not feel safe. "

"Enchanted cottage is properly named, as you follow instructions and park in the parking spot and still can’t see the structure you wander down the path and after five or six steps a whole New World is revealed. Off to your right is the cottage, a fire pit and a private grill. The view of the lake is beautiful and the sunsets are inspiring. The peace and quiet(except for birds and nature) is a welcome exit from city life. "
