The front desk and manager were fantastic! I booked through Expedia and Expedia made a mistake. The hotel was booked, mostly due to kiddos attending aregional track meet the next day.The manager literally ran to fix the problem and make us comfortable. The rooms were clean and there were plenty of towels. The hours for their pool are nice and long. Highly recommend.

I booked 4 rooms due to the hotel having an indoor pool and my family and I were coming in to go to the zoo. When we arrived the front desk manager had allowed someone, I’m sure relative or friend, to rent one room and have a child’s birthday party at the pool. Needless to say the pool area and hot tub were unusable because of the 30 people attending the party. Front desk were rude and not helpful.
