Room was large and comfy. Thin walls and TV did not work in the original room so we had to move rooms the second day (two night stay) which was a nuisance.
Only one elevator was as working so lengthy waits and they appeared short staffed in all areas, but the staff were both friendly and apologetic for any inconvenience or added waits.
Was double booked when checking in. Was charged by both Expedia and by Marriott. Door was difficult to get in and when closed and locked, there was a large enough gap that we could see into the hallway. No trashbags in the room and a weird smell when entering, Bed was wildly uncomfortable
Very nice place to stay. Loved that there was a Starbucks inside. Will book again next Canton trip!

The property was clean, staff was friendly, room was quiet and clean but there was a significant depression in the floor by the AC controls in this room. It was unsafe and you could even feel give in the floor of this 2nd floor room. Pictures were taken and shared with the staff in hopes of preventing someone else from falling.

The staff was excellent. They were friendly and helpful. The room was nice...... but, the parking lamps flickered. Then the light in the shower flickered eerily. One of the elevators was broken, so you either waited a while or walk down 4 flights of stairs. Then compound that with the key not working randomly... ugh... but the staff did all they could to compensate and help out.
To much chlorine added in the pool, and area around the pool was not suitable for a small child. One of the main elevators were out of service and didn’t work during our stay.
The air conditioning in our room smelled musty. I don’t know when the air filter has last been changed.
The stay overall was good.We had a comfortable bed, clean room and quiet sleeping area. One of the elevators was broken and the one that was operating did not work properly, jumped slightly between floors.
Wonderful hotel. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The management is great and the hotel itself is well kept and so lovely and welcoming. Highly recommended.
I always chose this hotel when I stay up in NWA, the staff is always so nice and accommodating, the hotel room is always clean and in great condition, and the view is so beautiful! Plus there’s so many choices for dining and shopping within a mile radius alone!
A towel rack is needed in the bathroom, or an extra towel hook. A mirror is needed above the desk to make it easier for a second traveler to get ready in the morning. The bed was too firm/hard. My husband said it was like sleeping on plywood and his hip was hurting in the morning. Not worth the money we paid.
