Staff was friendly and helpful getting us checked in and a great referral for supper. Room and bathroom was clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent as all Hampton Inn breakfasts are. The gentleman taking care of everything was curtious and talkative. Very nice to see. Didn't use the pool sono opinion.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Pool was closed and no reason as to why, the overall area around and in the hotel was filthy, trash overflowing, shower curtain had mold spots. Just dirty overall not maintained indoor or outside property.

The room was very spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was great each day (stayed for 3 nights). The hot tub and pool area looked nice but it was closed during our stay which was disappointing and the bed wasn't as comfortable as I hoped it would be (I have back issues) and I prefer memory foam or pillow top mattresses over spring mattresses and it was a spring mattress. I would still come back and stay at this hotel and highly recommend this hotel over the other hotel options in that area.

Room was spacious and clean. Loved the fact that the refrigerator had a small freezer for our cooler ice pack. Didn't care for the bright motion sensor light in bathroom. Pool and hot tub closed. Breakfast was great, with hot choices for gluten sensitive people. Fast and friendly check in.
