Everything about this hotel is ok I didn’t appreciate how I was handled by the manager there system had an era that I have to pay for my card was ran and charged and approved for several nights but somehow they’re saying no payments was received after about 8 or 9 days

The room I stayed in (Rm# 210 off Hill Rd) had an old cigarette odor to it. The batroom floor and at the sink looked old and it doesn't match like they just replaced it with anything. The bed was the worst. It was obvious that the springs in the bed are shot! I had the worst nights sleep there due to the bed alone. This is getting to be like an old trucker stop or drive-in motel.

The lobby and staff were friendly and accommodating, even though I had booked last minute. The rooms and furniture were outdated and could use a remodel (I believe this is underway). I would recommend this place for a last minute booking. Looking forward to returning after the construction is completed.

Services we paid for we didn't receive. We should get some kind of refund. Bed were never made. I even went down and asked and they assured me it would be taken care of. Asked for a working coffee pot, never received it. Expedia should let people know how run down the hotel is. Curtains torn, spackle on the walls

The hotel is not in good condition. Elevator was not working, pool was closed, hot tub was closed, cafe was closed, room was dirty, phones were not in working order, and I found I had no towels when I used the shower. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Would not recommend or stay there again.

The room was dirty and had a foul odor. There was trash left in the garbage cans in the room also a disposable razor was left laying in the shower. The curtains were torn and didn’t block out the lights from the parking lot. I was in room 107. I was thoroughly disappointed in the condition of the room and will not be staying there again.

The swimming pool was not in operation. If there was a hot tub, it was probably not in operation either. We didn't know this until we arrived to check in. We were told the Courtyard Flint was under construction; however, there was no evidence of construction, except for the swimming pool not being in operation and I observed a sheet of drywall on the floor in the stairwell. The curtains, in both the bedroom and the living room, had several horizontal rips/cuts/tears in each curtain. The shower shampoo was broken off from the shower wall. The shower body wash would not open. And the housekeeper's broom was placed upside down in the cart, which required my walking eye level past the broom bristles. With the exception of the bed, all of the furniture was extremely scratched up and worn, including the sofa's cushions which sunk in the center of the sofa. Our friends, in Room 222, expressed they had the same complaints regarding their furniture. I did not envision these conditions are what I expect from a Marriott property, even if it was purchased by Marriott.
