It accommodates up to 9 people in 215 square meters of space. Spread over two levels, there are several steps inside.



We are located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), in the heart of Ferrara’s medieval district.

Free street parking is available on Via XX Settembre, Via Mayr, Via Savonarola, Via Madama, Via Camposabbionario, and Via Sant’Andrea.

First floor.

Loft: single sofa bed, dining table, TV. Split air conditioner.



Walk-in closet with large wardrobe.



Bedroom (I): double bed, two nightstands with lamps, mirror, and wooden sofa. Mosquito net.



Full bathroom (1): shower stall, toilet, bidet, and sink.



Bedroom (II): two single beds, two nightstands with lamps, TV. Connecting bedroom directly linked to Bedroom (III).

Bedroom (III): two single beds, two nightstands with lamps, walk-in closet. Connecting room directly linked to Bedroom (II).



Full bathroom (2): bathtub, toilet, bidet, and sink.

Communal garden with bicycle storage.



A garage is available for guests’ exclusive use.



The apartment is located within the ZTL (Restricted Traffic Zone), so your license plate number will be required to gain access using the access pass that will be sent on the day of check-in.



GETTING AROUND:

- From Ferrara Station, take bus no. 1, 6, or 9 to the Giovecca Parco Pareschi stop, a 6-minute walk from the property;

- From Bologna Marconi Airport, you can reach the property in 40 minutes by car or taxi;

- For those traveling by car: free street parking is available on Via XX Settembre, Via Mayr, Via Savonarola, Via Madama, Via Camposabbionario, and Via Sant’Andrea.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
