Apartment located on the first floor of a renovated historic building, with a private entrance.

With 35 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates 4 people.

It overlooks the private inner courtyard and the main entrance street.



Free parking is available along Viale Baluardi and Ex Mof, while paid parking is available at the Baluardi Parking Lot. We are located outside the ZTL (restricted traffic zone).

Via Mayr is famous for its many bars and restaurants.



The interior space is divided as follows:



- LIVING AREA: double sofa bed (1.60 x 1.90 meters), smart TV, fold-away kitchenette complete with a four-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils. Split AC unit.

- BEDROOM: double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), a nightstand with a lamp, smart TV, and closet. Split-system air conditioner.

BATHROOM: shower stall, bidet, toilet, and sink; hair dryer.



OTHER AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and window screens.

Independent heating.



Outdoor area with storage room (equipped with a washing machine), coffee table, and two chairs.



PLEASE NOTE: Recycling and waste disposal are MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.

TRANSPORTATION:

- From Ferrara Station, you can take bus no. 1, 6, or 9 to the Giovecca Montebello stop, a 10-minute walk from the property;

- From Bologna Marconi Airport, you can reach the property in 40 minutes by car or taxi;

- For those traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), and the most convenient free parking spots are on Via Carlo Mayr and Via XX Settembre, just a few minutes’ walk away.



USEFUL INFORMATION:

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can gain access to the apartment on your own using the personal code we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.
