The beautifully renovated finca Ses Rotesis located just 500 meters from the stunning white sand beach of Cala Sa Nauand 1.7 km from the idyllic Cala Mitjana beach. Nestled in a tranquil area surrounded by pristine nature, the house is a single-story buildingwith a maximum capacity of 6 people.

Modernly furnishedand recently renovated, the house is perfect for enjoying peaceful days with family or friendsand disconnecting from the world. With a generous living space of 120 m², the finca offers all the necessary amenities for a special holiday.

The finca boasts three bedrooms:one with two single beds, another with a double bed, and a third with a double bed and a balcony. There are two bathrooms:one en suite with a corner bath and separate shower, and the other with a traditional bathtub.

The spacious living-dining roomfeatures a fireplaceand breathtaking views of nature. The open-plan kitchenis fully equipped with all appliances, and there is direct access to the terracefrom the living room.

The private outdoor areais a paradise for relaxation, featuring a well-maintained garden with lawn, Mediterranean plants, and trees, terraces (both open and covered), a pool, an outdoor shower, and a beautiful barbecue hutwith a table and chairsfor enjoying wonderful dinners with a glass of wine and candles.

For fun and enjoyment with family or friends, there is a ping-pong tableavailable.

Just 5 minutes by car, you will reach the center of Cala Ferrerawhere you will find shops, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The tourist center of Cala D′Oris about 3 km awayand offers a pedestrian zone with a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars with live music, shops, and boutiques.

The stunning beach of Cala Sa Nauis only a 2-minute walk away, and the sandy beach of Cala Ferrerais about 3.3 km away.

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.



- Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.



- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place of key collection.



- Arrival outside opening hours:



a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid the following day to the reception agency;



b) In case there is no safe deposit box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash on arrival.

Since July 2016, the Government has introduced a tourist tax (ecotassa).
