The outside of building was absolutely disgusting. There was piles of garbage solid the whole side of building and into entrance and huge piles of cigarette butts. It just felt nasty going to sleep somewhere that looked the slums. Pizza boxes and all sorts of filth. I took pictures even.

Overall the hotel was nice. The keys kept going out so we could not enter building by our room had to walk to front in below zero temps to get in. Also we’re not able to get into our room due to key issues. Worst thing was absolutely no hot water for showers, talked to others staying there at the same time and they too had no hot water for showers. Staff was very helpful and friendly

Disgusting hotel was dirty everywhere including my room. Sink wouldnt drain, dried food On floor in multiple places. Smears on walls. Breadstick chunks by doorways in hallways, dirt build up. Ptac unit is covered in fuzz.Noise out of control. If you are intown and need a good night sleep dont stay here.

Room was not ready until after 5:30 pm. The pool and hot tub were filled with guest well over the capacity and we were not able to use the pool or hot tub. The pool was noisy until midnight night and was supposed to be shut at 10:00 pm. The phone in our room did not work. There were men arguing and fighting outside of our room at 1:00 am. I had to call the front desk to report it as it was very loud. Then at 2:30 am there were people coming and going out of their rooms slamming the doors. At 4:30 am someone was knocking on the door across the hall from our room. They kept knocking for 15 minutes. The continental breakfast was a disappointment. Cold eggs, no waffles as advertised. They said that they had no batter. The dining area was a dirty mess. We did not get any sleep. This was the worst stay at a motel we have ever experienced. I wish I could get a refund. It was horrible.

Room was okay, alittle outdated and could use a good cleaning. They were great at accommodating us to move first floor when we were originally on second floor. Woke up to a barking dog and kids screaming at the dog. Didn't have conditioner in our shower container. Little things could make better reviews. Overall I would most likely stay again but just needs alittle more TLC.
