My partner and I stayed here for two nights and it was nice and quiet even with a wedding going on in the ballroom. I will say the room quality needs some addressing, we had wallpaper peeling off the wall in our bedroom of the suit and the carpet in the entryway and living room was dirty and needed vacuuming. The light for the entryway of the hotel was burned out to which they had replaced while we were at dinner which was awesome and quickly done. I think it can be an excellent hotel with some tidying up. Parking and staff were also easy to find and helpful.

The hotel is beautiful, staff were really nice, easy check-in. I did book through hotels.com the Suite, Accessible, Bathtub (Mobility & Hearing, 2 Rooms) which I wanted to my son to enjoy his own King bed. But we got to the room and it was a standard 2 queens with pull out couch, which was fine, and the rate we paid was an adjustment of $20 which wasn't much. Close to Costco otherwise, not much else nearby, quiet neighbourhood.

The air conditioning in our room did not work and even after maintenance was up to fix it, still no A/C. When I informed the desk staff upon check out she didn’t seem to care Also the refrigerator did not have a knob to adjust the coldness and we had to get someone to come and adjust the temperature. The rooms were really nice and clean. Our first room's TV wasn't working, so we called for help. The front desk said they'd try to get ahold of someone to fix it. After not hearing anything for 45 minutes, we called back down to find that she couldn't find anyone. We switched rooms where the TV worked, but there was an extra fridge in the walkway of the room. It worked well, but it was just in the way. Aside from the staff not being helpful or following up (and there being no cookies upon check in or check out! -- I talked up the cookies and was so looking forward to them) the hotel was fantastic, the rooms were comfy and it's in a great location. The bed was a bit hard, but it's hard to find a hotel where they aren't. Hopefully next time it's a little smoother sailing.
