This property is a basement apartment in an old house. It was clean and presentable. However, it had issues associated with an old, dark, dank building, such as dusty baseboards, walls and radiators, limited working electrical outlets, lots of extension cords, very slow WiFi, musty smell and ants. There is no ventilation in the bathroom and for multiple guests this was a problem. Wonderful neighborhood, good off street parking and good communication with landlord. He came over to fix the electrical and ant issues.
