It’s a simple motel in a convenient location. It’s getting a bit run-down – could use a fresh paint job and new caulking in the shower—nothing gross – just been used. The staff was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. It’s close to the airport, which is nice if you’re traveling by plane.

Horrible place. My husband wouldn’t even let us say there as it’s not safe. Dirty, the curtain was hanging and broken when we walked in and the bed had been made but someone had slept on it!!! We’re waiting to see if they will give our money back.

I just used this room to take a nap in, I didn’t want to fall asleep driving. & I don’t have my car camping set up ready yet… I was on the first floor, there alone, single woman. I did NOT like the fact that my window was unlocked. This is a huge safety concern in the world we have today, and human trafficking being prominent. The price is unbeatable. The room was mediocre at best. I couldn’t find the TV remote. The furniture could have been wiped down better (marks on the counter from beverages). Staff was polite. It does look janky outside but for the price it’s worth it.

The place is no longer Park Inn by Radisson. It’s now a motel 6. Still waiting on a refund. Was only able to stay 1 night. Room was dirty, stains all over be sheets and on furniture. Do not stay here.

Unclean room. Found AT LEAST TWO bed bugs right before checking out. Have photo and video proof. There was also a plastic bag over the fire detector??? Front staff said he needed manager to issue refund but no manager on site. Emailed radisson directly and filled out contact us form and they can’t help me because I was not given a receipt. Called twice to have receipt emailed and was told it was sent but never received it.

I went to check in. And told me there was no record of my reservation. Then i said i wanted refund and i was told i couldnt get one because it was past a certain time. I made the reservation maybe 30 minutes before i arrived at hotel.. after i left i was messaging back and forth for 30 minutes before i was told i would bet my refund..

This was the worst hotel experience of my life! As soon as I checked in, they charged me an additional $25 for no apparent reason. I dropped my bag in the room and my car alarm was already going off! There were shady people everywhere! In the middle of the night, I was woken up by the local police who were dealing with a domestic disturbance. That disturbance went on for hours in the main floor hallway and the guests were screaming at each other. I was so scared that I put heavy things in front of my door to pinch it closed because the dead bolt wasn't working. When I left in the morning, there was an apparent crime scene in the room down the hall from mine. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Room was very dirty. Found a bug crawling on the bathroom floor. Food on the floor. Floors needed to be swept. Part of the laminate flooring was tearing. Phone didn’t work. Fridge was filthy. Sheets were stained. Didn’t have bath towels, there was only washcloths and hand towels available in the room. Slept horribly due to neighbors rooms behavior. Slamming and knocking loudly on door. Walls appear to be paper thin. Our neighbors were fighting and we could hear everything. Mold around the bathroom tub. I canceled my second night of my reservation due to feeling unsafe and lack of cleanliness.

52 degrees when we arrived in the room. Refrigerator and microwave pulled out of the room. No chair to sit on. No shampoo or conditioner. Only 1 washcloth and bath towel, no hand towel. Asked for a blanket and received this nasty stained up blanket I’d wash before I’d let my dog sleep on it. Even though I paid on Expedia, I was asked for my credit card and charged a dollar that was to be returned. Didn’t happen. Still on my charge card. The room was cheap but I had to use 51.00 of my Expedia points making this sh** hole of a room cost me 75 bucks. These owners better figure this out quick or their motel 6 , name change to Radisson will be bankrupt soon!!!
