Very musty smelling throughout building.Hot tub was drained and stained.(closed-thank goodness) Our room was uncomfortably stuffy and musty and the air was set at lowest temp on the highest fan. We had to open the window for fresh and cool air. The ceilings sheetrock needed patching. The towel bar by the sink needed tightening...it would fall down. Quite gross. On a lighter note, the location was walking distance to our venue and their breakfast offered a lot of choices.

The staff guy was rude. Only chair in the room was broken and unsafe and I took it to the desk guy and he was RUDE. Toilet seat was broken and off, trim around the tissue box was off, the right hand safety rail for toilet is loose, handrail in shower also loose. This is an ADA room suppose to be one of the safest rooms in the house and it was a not.
