The room was disgusting there was dirt everywhere. Mold throughout the room. The bed is extremely hard. Light fixtures falling off the wall, food left on the counter and bodily fluids smeared across the bed frame and the showere and wall.

The staff were rude and unprofessional, which made the experience unpleasant. Good communication and basic courtesy are essential in the hospitality business, and unfortunately that was lacking here. Overall, it was not a positive experience, and I would not recommend doing business with this hotel.
