We really appreciated the clean rooms and facilities. But what really stood out was the staff - always present and pleasant. Well, that and the commons area. It was nice to have a space to relax, play games and not be confined to the room.

Staff was friendly. We werent bothered but it was quite noisy in lobby area as large groups with kids seemed to hang out there. Especially since the pool is right there. Would be a great option with kids. The hotel wasnt quite as upgraded as i expected for the price. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was over crowded. Extremely noisy with doors slamming and loud vehicles in the parking lot all through the night. Also, we were unable to use the pool or hot tubs due to over crowding of unsupervised children. We left first thing in the morning, skipping the complimentary breakfast.

My wife and I have been coming here for years, this stay was no good! We stayed for 2 days , the place was packed with people and kids, understandable. There were toys in the hallways, kids running up and down the hallway till late in the night, my wife and I wanted to use one of the hot tubs but they were all occupied, one hot tub had people in chairs around it just drinking in there street clothes with no intentions of using the hot tub, we finally got to a hot tub and it was disgusting!! Our bathroom sink was clogged, it filled up pretty bad just washing our hands! The room next to us were partying all night and very loud! I’m very disappointed in our stay and will be choosing a different hotel next time we are in town!

Layout of the hottubs in the lobby area was pretty odd, but the hotel was clean, and the mattress was not too bad. Complimentary breakfast had some tasty options. It felt very family friendly, with lots of kids running around.
