The room was run down; the floor was bubbled up. There was dog poop and cigarette buts all over the private balcony to the room. Never got our room refreshed and ran out of towels. Was told if we needed them, we had to come get them. Staff was not friendly at all. For the price I paid I expected a lot more.

It’s always a good experience at the ClubHouse. The best breakfast with a lot of room in the morning. Quiet and clean rooms with staff that is very accommodating. We also love the location. It’s our favorite stay every time.

Room smelled like smoke. Our room had a patio and my guess is people go out there to smoke. There was a stale smoke smell when we walked into the room which was unfortunate. The hot tub was not hot at all. I’m not sure if they were having issues with it but it was the temperature of the pool.
