Perfect for a relaxing beach getaway.

A separate 1,100 sq. ft. in-law apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a full kitchen, dining area, and living space—ideal for a family traveling or guests seeking added privacy.

The home is located just 0.5 miles from private beach access, with additional beaches within 1–1.5 miles. The neighborhood is ideal for walking and provides direct access to the Shining Sea Bike Path.

The house comes fully stocked with sheets, towels, kitchen supplies, and paper goods, and includes cleaning and all fees. There are two fully stocked kitchens. The home features 1 king bed and 1 Bunk bed (twin). Central air conditioning is provided throughout most of the house.
