Located in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers region, between vineyards and countryside, in a quiet and pleasant setting, approximately three kilometers from the Roger Labépie cycle path, this Gironde house, fully restored in 2011, welcomes you for your stays with family or friends. This cottage features a large, unfenced plot, a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a soccer goal, and a covered carport (shed). Inside, an entrance opens onto the fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and the living room (double sofa bed). A laundry room with a washing machine and separate toilet connects to the kitchen. Upstairs, the landing leads to two bedrooms, one with a 140x190 cm bed and the second with two 90x200 cm beds. A shower room with toilet is included. The accommodation is equipped with electric heating. Bed linen, table and bathroom linen, and heating are included in the price. Owners on site. Tourist tax is extra. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. The cottage accepts tourist bookings only. The heart of the Bordeaux Entre Deux Mers vineyard invites you to relax!
