Located in the countryside, our cottage is located on the first floor of a former wine storehouse; you will access it by an external staircase. A garden area with wooden garden furniture and barbecue is at your disposal at the bottom of the stairs. The cottage consists of a main room with kitchen (oven, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, small household appliances, washing machine) dining area and lounge area with sofa and television, three bedrooms: one bedroom equipped with a 90x200 bed with wardrobe and an office area for teleworking, one bedroom with 2 90x190 beds and wardrobe and one bedroom with 1 90x200 bed, wardrobe and rest area (sofa, coffee table). A bathroom with toilet included completes the set. Parking near the cottage. Ground floor of the building not occupied. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
