Had to switch rooms 1st room all the cabinet glass was busted out. 2nd room tv didn’t work ask for it to be fixed Saturday and it never was set up.

Staff is very inattentive. Outside doors don’t work, when customers tell them that I’ve seen them gaslight them telling them you just have to keep sliding. I just tried two doors and got locked out, was told that I had to use the dead phone. Hotel is falling apart and apparently the staff knows it, the management won’t fix it, so instead they gaslight customers and lock them out of the hotel at night while the staff is gone for 15 minutes at a time taking smoke breaks.
