The reason I booked this hotel versus others was due to the indoor pool which was closed. Aside from this, while attempting to relax during breakfast, an argument between an employee & a disgruntled guest ensued over homophobia & racism. Overall, poor experience!

Everything was good. The only thing was the furniture in the kitchen that showed signs of being broken and needed some repairs. The staff was super nice, and they even helped us when we lost one day before getting to the hotel. They were kind enough to wait for us.

The staff tried their best - but this hotel was clearly understaffed. There were never enough towels for the pool and the rooms. We were told multiple times that they were out of towels. The indoor pool was cold and the hot tub was not hut and the jets didn’t work. The key swipe to the doors didn’t work and the response you got from the staff was “just swipe slowly.” I called the hotel 3 times before the visit and each time I was told to call someone else. Because I booked this hotel in hotels.com the staff were not able to assist me but had I booked with them, they could have helped. When the coffee ran out at 930am the staff sighed when asked to make more coffee (breakfast was to be available until 10am)

I do not frequently leave reviews but felt a bit disappointed by this place. Heater frequently made loud noises when turning on. Rooms could use some updates such as usb ports in room and new carpet. Furniture was old and worn with stains. There was no bedding or extra pillows in room for the pull out sofa. Also saw many ants throughout room and property.

The only real issue was due to noise from the room above us. There seemed to be a lot of running and jumping by the occupants of the room above us. The food was good, but it would have been nice to have greater variety and we could not find hot water for the tea. Other than that, the hotel was nice, clean, and service was exceptional. Overall ,we were very pleased.

Spoke with front desk and asked for first floor room due to recent total knee replacement and was told they had Room 104 reserved for me. Got to hotel and was sent to third floor about as far from elevator as possible. Went to complain when checking out and had to wait 15 minutes before a person showed up at front desk. Was given no reason for change and got a sarcastic “Have a nice day” as I left.
