The parking lot was full of leaves , it didn’t look clean Leaves were all over the place . I stayed there two days , and they never cleaned outside. The Mexican girl who checked me in was rude and was on the phone talking to her husband while checking me in ! The bed had a dent in it ( I was in room 124) they put a comfortable sham on top , it was comfy , but it made my back hurt !! The pillows were extremely small , I didn’t sleep well at all !! The breakfast sucked !! They had cheap butter , nasty waffles , dry pastries , watered down juices, ext . The bathroom was a nice size , but the bathtub was up too high , I almost fell, getting out the shower , and the water never got hot !! The back door was locked , So I had to walk around the entire building to get to my room. The TV was nice , and the AC worked really well. The decor was nice , and so was the microwave and fridge . The gym didn’t have any weights , but they had a treadmill , and a few other machines, one was broken .Go somewhere else , they need to get it together !!

The staff was wonderful.It was just super frustrating that we were told the hot tub worked when we got there didn't work.That was one of the main reasons.We were renting the room and staying in that hotel, and also I had rented two queens that came with the sofa and a big room.And we did not get that we got a king and a sofa, and it was four of us in a little, tiny space. Just super frustrating

most of the staff was great, however we had the following issues: - phone in room did not work, no one fixed it, as well as the alarm clock, neither worked no one fixed it - the key card kept deactivating, they claimed i was putting the card with my, i was not - the breakfast is the same everyday, however the milk has been spoiled a time or two - found mold on one of the breakfast bagels - the check in process - they require a deposit, they don't tell you until you get there either 200 cash or 50% of room value to your credit card - it was cold for us the heater did not work - you can hear your neighbors clearly

The hot tub wasn’t properly heated and when management was told about it, they made some excuse about it being appropriate temperature for “children.” I don’t know how many kindergarteners are paying for rooms at comfort suites but they should probably focus on making the amenities appropriate for the adults that are paying. Our door to our room was broken and wouldn’t lock unless slammed. We also couldn’t open it unless we slammed it from the inside like we were linebackers. The room I booked was “accessible” but my disabled husband couldn’t navigate fully around the room in his wheelchair, which is another issue. Overall, it was a place to sleep but we won’t be booking again and won’t be recommending to anyone. Lots to improve upon, Comfort Suites! And I hope you will. Last bit of advice, if you’re not going to resolve an issue one of your patrons has, don’t bother calling to tell that patron that you’re not going to resolve it. It was a waste of time.

Older rooms, some cleaner than others, but overall a good place to stay with the family. Close to everything, quiet, and easy access to the freeway.

We had a bigger party as we were in town for my daughter’s baby shower. We took turns sleeping on the pull out couch that was extremely uncomfortable cause no one should have to endure that all 3 nights
