A truly beautiful hotel in a very central location in Epernay. Room was well equipped and beautifully designed - high end finish. The roof terrace in the hotel offered a unique and private offer to enjoy drinks in the sunshine. We will absolutely return to this amazing hotel and would highly recommend for couples

The location of the hotel is perfect - just steps from Avenue de Champagne. Our room was really good and perfect with our dog (terrace suite) although missing an umbrella on the terrace. The e-vehicle charging was simple and good value. Breakfast was fine but we found the service mostly unfriendly though potentially in part due to a language barrier.

Excellent!! The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. We stayed for two nights while visiting champagne houses. The absolute best breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel! Over the top delicious with champagne cake, too! Absolutely recommend. Some rooms do not have elevator access so be prepared to carry luggage up many stairs.
