It comprises a lovely 87 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and a garden of approximately 140 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An 87 m² living area with a sofa and TV
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×200) and a mezzanine featuring an armchair that converts into a 120x190 bed
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- A small bedroom with a single bed
- A small bedroom with a 90×190 bed and an armchair that converts into a 120×190 bed
- A bathroom with a shower, double washbasin and toilet

In the basement:
A relaxation area with a sauna and steam room

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:

The house is ideally situated in Épernay, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…
