Paradis Champenois - DAMERY

The "Paradis Champenois" vacation rental is located in the village of DAMERY, 8 km from Épernay, 30 km from Reims, and 40 km from Châlons. It’s the perfect place for a getaway with family or friends to explore the many treasures of our department. The house is situated along the Marne River and the bike route running from Dormans to Épernay. You’ll have access to private parking with a fully enclosed outdoor area. You can enjoy sunny days on the terrace, at the pétanque court, and in the outdoor kitchen. On the first floor, you’ll find a large living area with a living room, dining room, and kitchen, as well as a laundry room, a separate restroom, and a large game room with a pool table and darts. From the kitchen, you’ll have access (via a short flight of stairs) to the first sleeping area, which consists of a double bedroom with a 160-cm bed, a bathroom with a toilet, and a second double bedroom on the mezzanine level with a 160-cm bed. On the first floor is the second sleeping area, featuring a double bedroom with a 160-bed and a bathroom with a toilet. For your comfort, the rental rate includes: bed linens (beds made upon arrival), bath towels, housekeeping, and utilities. The house also has a charging station for electric vehicles (included in the rental).
