"The information about the hotel included an airport shuttle. This is inaccurate information. I called the hotel a day before arriving to arrange an airport shuttle and was told they do not and have not offered an airport shuttle. They suggested an Uber or taking public transport that could pick up/drop off from down the street and walk to the hotel. This was a huge inconvenience. I arrived at the hotel and explained I had called requesting a shuttle. I showed a screen capture of their hotel offering a shuttle from Expedia. The attendant said they receive many requests for that shuttle and they see the offer on Expedia. I was told that Expedia knows they do not have a shuttle but have refused to make the update. Additionally, the attendant said their pool was closed for renovations and Expedia again would not make updates. While I have used Expedia for many of my travel plans in the past, I now have low expectations for the amenities and data proved on your website. I’ve used your site (my earliest recollection is 2007) for some time now and this experience has shaken my confidence in believing information posted on your site. Sad that this interaction would move me back to booking direct."

"I have stayed at Avon Old Farms Hotel a few times. I love the old world esthetic and stately lobby and rooms. I especially enjoy the canopy beds and the accomodations are elegant. The front desk receptionist could be more welcoming."
