We just stopped overnight on our way to Charleston. The staff was great, friendly and professional. I loved the breakfast. The door to our room would not close very easily, but we did get it latched so just stayed in that room. We reported the problem to the front desk when we checked out.

The staff was great. The room was so dirty including urine all over the toilet. We were moved to a cleaner room. The floors in the lobby looked like they were mopped with dirty water. I’m sad to say that on this trip the theme for Hampton properties seems to be the same. Under staffed, not very clean, and the property just isn’t maintained. Hope they can fix the situation!!

The room had an odor of urine right by the bed. I noti fu the front desk. The person told me she was going to send someone to clean it. Nobody came ... and my room was never cleaned at all. Before checking out I asked if I could have two clean towels they never got it. I had asked for an iron they told me someone will bring it right up nobody came.. The service is really terrible. I will never go back again !
