The staff was incredibly friendly, they gave us really nice welcome bags, and our room was very clean and spacious. I will be staying here again when I come back to Richmond!

Clean new hotel

The hotel is nice, it’s newly built so very clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast is underwhelming. The rooms are very nice, equipped with a full size refrigerator, dining table, stove top and dishwasher, with pots, plates etc supplied. Only main complaint i have is the beds are very uncomfortable, i did not sleep well due to this.
