BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE :

Kitchen had everything we needed and more, nice and clean very bright house nice neighborhood, beds are real soft in two rooms and firm in the other two, check in was really easy, would definitely stay here again.

Friends and I stayed for 4 nights and everything was excellent.The house was clean, kitchen stocked, bedrooms spacious and bathrooms fresh...so nice having the ensuites. There are lots of stairs but were manageable. The neighbourhood was very walkable and quiet. I would recommend this property for sure.

Great place!

We were 5 adults in from out of town while a family member was having surgery. This townhouse was very well set up for us and had all of the basic necessities for a stay and was only a short drive to the hospital. Excellent communication by the hosts.

Great house

Had a great stay at this location. The bathroom attached to each room was nice for the group of friends i was staying with. Nice neighbourhood close to main roads so easy to navigate. House has a lot of stairs so of they are an issue for you, this is not a good choise.

Well appointed accommodation

This property was very well setup for the four of us as we all had a private bedroom and bathroom. We appreciated how clean everything was upon arrival and everything was well maintained. It was also a positive that there was a garage which would be quite useful in inclement weather.

Edmonton family visit

We were in town for a family memorial. The location was perfect so close to family members. The place was wonderful so nice for us to each have our own bathroom. Our son was able to work from the office downstairs. The downside was we were not allowed to have guests over without approval so we had to go meet for coffee or food to see some family/friends. Would definitely recommend it as a place to stay

Easily accessible location in quiet old neighbourhood. A mix of old and new infill homes; some sketchy. Well stocked kitchen and soap/shampoo/conditioners in all bathrooms. Did find a cigarette (unsmoked) in couch cushion - an anomaly to the clean house. Would recommend.
