The hotel was very good and affordable. It was very clean and the staff was very polite. Hotel Inn place is very close to Waverly train station and the old town. The loved the location of the hotel as there are many good restaurants, hubs and shops nearby.

The room was a more than adequate size and the beds were comfortable. The best part about the visit was the staff. Right from the check-in process to giving directions while lost in the stairwell they spread their happiness and helpfulness.

Definitely a challenge if you're traveling with more than a carry-on piece of luggage but we made it work. The staff was super helpful and gave us early check-in to drop our luggage. Bus service right outside made getting around super convenient.

The hotel is ideally placed in old town so great for walking around town. The room was clean and very nice. The only major problem was that the toilet refused to flush and I had to pour water down it every time to get it to flush.

The staff were wonderful however with no air conditioning was a huge problem for us because it was so hot in the room and hallway. The bed was very hard. The location was fantastic.
