We felt like the hotel was understaffed, but the team that was there was fantastic. We booked a family suite, but the fourth bed was really just a cot, and our room was tight because of that. There was mildew in the shower, but on the whole, our stay was okay. Location was good to get us anywhere we needed to in the city.

Barebones hotel that doesn’t provide daily housekeeping or fresh towels. You’ll have to request at the front desk which is never attended. They don’t have phones in the room so you can’t call the front desk and have to walk down which never has a staff attending. Staff is rude, rooms are dirty and carpets have spots. However, they charge a premium rate though provide a motel level service. Do yourself a favor and avoid staying here.

Room was ok. There was only one towel for two of us. When we went to the reception area to ask for another towel, we were told "they'd see what they could do and that they had a full house." The room was booked for two people from the start for 5 nights. Breakfast was limited. They ran out of granola on day one and never brought more out just leaving the bowl with the crumbs from the first day. The front desk was rarely staffed when we were there leaving visitors to wait if they needed assistance.
