Location was unbelievable, steps away from the Royal Mile, in the middle of everything. Apartment was very nice, clean, well managed. Everything about our stay was perfect!

Overall this is a nice place to stay. Very centrally located. Can be a bit noisy with the occasional late night bar crowd going by but otherwise central to all the best sites. Coffee and croissants just below. Apartment is nicely outfitted. We were there mid July and unfortunately it was unusually hot. If you have small travel fans make sure to bring them. Large floor to ceiling windows face west so get afternoon sun. Keeping the drapes closed and windows opened help with heat. We did have an issue getting in on time due to the cleaner being delayed by 2 hours and some trouble initially with responsiveness to messages but got it worked out. The trend seems to be that owners are not managing there properties any more and are turning over the duties to management companies. I think our issues were a “one off”. So recommend the stay.

Wonderful location!!

Beautiful spot not even a block off of The Royal Mile. So close to Victoria St, Edinburgh Castle, St Giles Cathedral. The space itself was absolutely perfect for the two of us. There are stairs that slightly curve to the door but not a problem for us at all. We had 3 suitcases, 2 backpacks, and a guitar! Directions on entering the property were perfect! Would stay here again for sure!
