The set up of the appartment was not what was expected, there was one bedroom on the ground floor, the bed in that room was so low, it was not easy for two older clients to get out of, we looked at the beds in the other two bedrooms, to find they were exactly the same, we have never encountered beds like that before. Also on our arrival our granddaughter used the toilet in the en-suite bathroom, only for the door handle, on the inside, to come off in her hand, this should have been picked up, either by cleaners, or owners, before we arrived, we advised the owner, but they were not able to have this repaired straight away, meaning the bathroom door of the en-suite bedroom could not be closed, we made a payment of £18 in case of any damages, this should be reimbursed, to cover our inconvenience, also the owners should invest in a plug for the sink in the kitchen, so that people who do wash their dishes by hand, not dishwasher, can wash the utensils and crockery properly.
