1 bedroom with king-size bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and living room with a double sofa bed (but only 4 people in total), 1 bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, fully equipped kitchen.

Free parking 24/7 in front of the house and throughout the residential area.

with washing machine and dryer. Please do not use either after 10:00 PM.

This was an amazing property to stay in. It was extremely well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The host went out of their ways to make the flat feel like home. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here to others and will try to rent this property again when in Edinburgh
