I went out for the morning at 9am and left on a clean my room sign, returning to the property at 1.30 to get ready for a formal party. Room hadn’t been cleaned. Cleaner did arrive around 2pm whilst I was in the shower, sign had been taken off by that stage and the cleaner was very rude about having to return. When I came back at 10pm with the kids ready for bed, the main bed had been turned over and 2 towels left but the bunk beds hadn’t been turned over and needed to be, so I had to climb up and do the top bunk myself (no mean task given I use a walking stick for arthritis) Disappointing standard of room cleaning and attitude of the cleaning staff. Rest of the stay was ok and the room a good size family room.

Squeaky floorboards

Lovey big family room. Downside the floorboards in our room and the one above were very noisy. Room above kept small child awake. However the staff were lovely, food was great and the pool was great to stay with kids.

The check in staff were outstanding. Very friendly and most helpful. There is a nice restaurant/bar and a gym. Good buffet style breakfast. Close to bus transport straight into the city centre. The room was relatively basic but comfortable and clean. Only downside was we had to drag our luggage up and down a set of stairs to get to our room from the lift. We have booked again on our way home. It’s in a good quiet location however not walking distance to other restaurants, bars or cafes.

The room and overall areas were dirty. Specially the swimming area and toilets. Had a few drinks and they tasted weird and had an aftertaste. After getting them changed still nothing changed still tasted weird. Found spider in the room aswell. Carpets were nasty.
