Good room very helpfull hosts nothing too much trouble, very nice bed good car park with cctv 😀 didn't have a problem Also nice shops within walking distance they give you a code for the door and one for your bedroom door and asked me to write it down 😀 good idea my brain leaks lol

The Edinburgh Guest House was conveniently located close to the city center, with a bus stop directly across the street providing easy access to major attractions like the Royal Mile. However, we found it to be overpriced for what it offered, particularly since the shower did not function properly during our stay. While the location was a definite advantage, the accommodations did not provide good value for the price.

Big clean room for 4 people for two nights. 25 mins walk from Royal mile which was fine and on the bus route if preferred. Only issue shower head already broken so had to hold the shower. Otherwise great stay for the price. Would definitely recommend

The rooms was okay, the ceiling was leaking during the rainy days we were there. The heating wasn’t working. Not well maintained but the location was very good. Also no lifts.
