Loved that it had the charm of a 1870’s home but all modern day conveniences Carole our host was a delight and very accommodating. She also makes the most delicious breakfasts! We highly recommend this bed and breakfast!

The home was charming. Lots of pretty antiques. Our room was very clean and maintained daily. A daily delicious breakfast was offered and served by the owner, Carole, who provided local information and recommendations on sightseeing. Quiet, pleasant area, handy to lots of restaurants and activities. We would recommend to friends and family.

Carole’s Bed and Breakfast is a wonderful step back in time—a charming, quaint retreat that perfectly captures the character and hospitality of the Hamptons. The property is ideally located within walking distance of Shinnecock Bay and beautiful Ponquogue Beach, while also sitting adjacent to the lovely town center of East Quogue. One of the best aspects of staying here is the ability to walk into town and enjoy the local flavor. East Quogue offers a welcoming small-town atmosphere with a local bar, Chinese and sushi restaurants, and even a wonderful old-fashioned barber shop that feels like a throwback to another era. Within a short drive, you’ll find additional charming town centers and a wide variety of excellent local restaurants. Whether you are visiting to enjoy the scenery, experience the local culture, or play some of the area's world-class golf courses, Carole’s Bed and Breakfast is the perfect home base. Carole is an exceptional host—warm, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making your stay enjoyable. Her breakfasts are outstanding, and her hospitality is second to none.
