Nestled in the popular St Clair is this little gem, just 400m from the beautiful St Clair beach and Salt Water Pools & a slight extra stroll to the boutique shops & eateries on the Esplanade.

A quiet, spacious home with recent renovations give a peaceful suburban feel. Well equipped with full kitchen, 2 bedrooms & bathroom - suitable for a small family or work trip.

Our standard office hours are typically:
Mon-Fri: 9am - 5pm
Sat/Sun: 10am - 4pm
For urgent enquiries outside of these hours, we recommend calling directly, or sending a message via email / your booking platform.

Situated in the extremely popular suburb of St Clair. Walkable access to some of the best beaches and the esteemed Esplanade area where you can find a selection of great cafes, restaurants and shops. Handy also to the popular "Dinosaur Park" and a nearby golf club.

A heat pump heats the living area, with an additional heater available in the bunk room. We also provide hot water bottles for each bed.

The interior of the property is entirely your own. The yard and driveway area is shared with our neighbouring accommodation, however it is scarcely used. There are a couple of steps up onto the patio area and then into the house, and then an additional 4-5 steps down from the kitchen area to the bunk room. The rest of the property is all on the same level.

From the peaceful front yard, enter into the living/dining room. The spacious main bedroom is to your left, with the kitchen, bathroom and second bedroom (bunks) further beyond.

Handy to a public bus route that heads into town (bus stop is 400m from the property).

Simon’s property is lovely, had everything we needed. I especially liked how close it was to St Clair’s beach. Simon was a great host. Very Helpful and good communication.

GREAT ACCOMODATION

We enjoyed our recent stay for 4 nights with our adult daughter and loved the location which was in easy walking distance to cafes and shops. Apartment was clean and tidy and beds very comfortable. Great communication with Simon. Would definitely stay again,

Just to step into our accommodation with the heat pump going was awesome! So lovely and warm with a cold day outside! Cleanliness couldn't be faulted. Proximity to St Clare and the beach, cafes and restaurant just a short walk away was really the icing on the cake! Although all the TV channels was a winner as well. Great communication with Simon the host! Would recommend this place to everyone!
