My friend and I ended up with an unplanned extended time in New Zealand. We were able to stay at the Tiger Tea House during this time and found it to be perfect for what we needed. Beautiful views of the harbor, a nice walking path nearby and easy access to town when we needed it!

Great apartment with views over the bay. Very comfortable beds and sitting area. Kitchen is well appointed with a great espresso machine. Only a ten minute drive into Dunedin. Bedrooms are on back of building, so minimizes any noise from road. Parking is easy, but it can be a little tricky to get on the road towards Dunedin.

AMAZING !! 100% recommend

Absolutely love this apartment - so warm and stylish. Beds were super comfy and facilities were pretty much perfect. I would recommend investing in some bikes so that visitors could cycle the awesome bike track in the future. We really LOVED this and would definitely come back again.
