"Asked for towels & a pillow through the app every day of our stay & never received them. The elevator to our floor was down at least twice a day, everyday. And the mattresses are really hard to sleep on. Killed our backs from age 20-50! Other than that, it’s a great location, there was more than enough room for everyone on the beach, plenty of umbrellas for everyone & there’s a lot to do right there at the resort. Checking in & out was a breeze & parking was not an issue. But you’re not given a lot of info, like where to find towels (by the pools) or how to get umbrellas (go to the blue huts). The restaurant is overhyped & overpriced, but it’s fine for the experience. It’s in a very touristy area so there are plenty of other places to dine within walking distance. All in all I’d give them a solid 8 out of 10."
