Watch the sun rise over Lake Superior from the living room windows, then walk to the Lakewalk in one minute, to Canal Park and the DECC in about 8, and to the Lift Bridge, Bayfront Park, and Bentleyville in about 10. After a day out, come back to a gas fireplace, a steam shower, and a soaking tub.

The condo sleeps 8 in three bedrooms, set in their own wing away from the living areas, so early risers and night owls don’t disturb each other. It’s a good fit for family trips, friend getaways, wedding parties, and winter escapes.

Parking and access:
There’s one space in the heated garage. Extra cars can use street parking (metered weekdays, free weekends) or the Tech Village Ramp across the street for $12/day. Check-in is keyless with a code unique to your stay, and the building is locked and secure. The garage entrance has one small step, then single-level living. The Lake Ave street door has a half flight of stairs.

Good to know:
-This is a lively downtown location, so you may hear street noise. Each bedroom has a white noise machine, and earplugs are provided. As in most city centers, there is a visible unhoused community nearby.
-No cable or local TV, streaming only.
-Pets are not permitted.
