The hotel was comfortable and clean, but I was disappointed as I had paid for a lake-view room and a city-view room, yet both rooms only faced the parking lot. The staff wasn’t friendly to the children.

Everything was as good as it could be given the building and set up. The set up with the parking ramp is terrible. I literally had to take 3 elevators to go from the parking ramp to my room. The building has a cold and had an uninviting feeling. It was clean and had new furnishings, but felt like a cold, concrete monstrosity. My only view being that of the parking garage didn’t help. The staff was great. No complaints with the service.
